Proposed design for the upcoming villa development at Mysore. The plots are North and South facing, each plot area of 1500 sft

The brief from the builder was to design a simple house with small elements to attract clients. Front and back garden, small courtyards along with the staircase, double height spaces and inter connectivity of spaces between the two floors became the key elements of design. The elevation was kept minimal with two projecting cuboid and a metal disconnected floating balcony as the main element.
