THE SCREEN RESIDENCE

A east facing, 4000 sft plot area, the residence was designed for a family of 3-5. The client's brief was to design a house with minimal ground coverage with lots of open and garden spaces around.

The ground floor accomodates all the family zones : living, dining and kitchen with the dining spilling to the garden area. The double height of the living connects the ground and the first floor : thus giving different volumes in the house and at the same time connecting different spaces. The interiors for the house has been very subtle with extensive of wood and slight pop of colours
